ERC may, during debt recovery, share Personal Information with the national credit reporting agencies. In the event that information related to your account is shared with the national credit reporting agencies, all reporting will be conducted in accordance with applicable credit reporting laws.

ERC stores data only for the length of time reasonably necessary for processing and legally required for retention.

Emails from ERC:

By providing ERC with your email, you agree that you have opted-in to receiving emails and may occasionally receive emails from ERC. Users have the option to opt-out of receiving emails from ERC at any time by emailing customercare@ercbpo.com. If user has subscribed to a service to receive notification should an additional reduced offer become available, opting out of emails will cancel the subscription and notification of offer will not be sent. If user chooses to opt out, it is the user’s decision alone; user cannot and will not hold ERC responsible for any consequences due to opting out of emails.

Personal Information contained in e-mail sent by individuals may be used by ERC to answer questions, follow-up on suggestions or complaints, process requests or transactions, or improve the level of service provided by ERC. Your information is not sold to third parties.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

The Effective Date of this Privacy Policy is set forth at the top of this webpage. ERC, at its sole discretion, may change the privacy notice at any time. Changes to the privacy notice will be posted on the website and will remain in place until a newer revision is published.   2. The source from which the Personal Information was collected;

Deletion rights– You may submit a verifiable consumer request for deletion of any Personal Information that the business has collected from the consumer. As a service provider, ERC will ensure any verifiable requests are forwarded to the business as can be determined by the request made by you.

Rights to opt out of selling Personal Data to a Third Party – You have the right to opt out of any selling of your information from ERC to a Third Party.
